The role
Remote Position | Based in Portugal & Spain
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) to expand our presence in Spain and Portugal. As an AE, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional value to clients in the Tours & Attractions industry. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and the Customer Success team to meet and exceed company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and solutions-based approach.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to engage prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Pipeline management:
- Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Client engagement:
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to deliver value.
- Present Palisis solutions through compelling demonstrations, proposals, and in-person/virtual meetings.
- Market expertise:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments in Spain and Portugal.
- Identify opportunities to grow Palisis’s presence and tailor offerings to local client needs.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience.
- Work with Marketing to align on campaigns, feedback, and opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Experience in the Tours & Attractions industry is highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required.
- Location: Based in Spain or Portugal (remote).
