The role
Remote position | Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced account executive (AE) to expand our presence in the DACH region. As an AE, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our clients’ success. You’ll work closely with sales development representatives (SDRs) and customer success teams to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Use a consultative and solutions-based approach to understand client needs and align them with Palisis’s offerings.
- Develop targeted strategies to engage prospects and win new business.
- Pipeline development and management:
- Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients across the DACH region.
- Conducted product demonstrations and craft proposals and delivered compelling presentations in person or virtually.
- Market expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs within the DACH market.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategies that enhance Palisis’s market position.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Work with marketing to align lead generation campaigns and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven record of closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
- Experience in the tours & attractions industry is an advantage.
- Language skills: Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Location: Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (remote).
