The role
Remote position | Based in Italy
We seek a driven and experienced Account Executive (AE) to expand our presence in Italy. As an AE, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our clients’ success. Working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Customer Success teams, you will contribute to achieving company objectives and growing our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Use a consultative and solution-driven approach to understand client needs and align them with Palisis’s offerings.
- Develop tailored strategies to engage prospects and win new business.
- Pipeline development and management:
- Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Client engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients across Italy.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling presentations in person or virtually.
- Market expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs within the Italian market.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategies that enhance Palisis’s position.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive client experience.
- Work closely with Marketing to align on campaigns and provide feedback from the market.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals.
- Experience in the tour and attraction industry is an advantage.
- Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Location: Based in Italy (remote).
