We’re seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Sales Department. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a crucial role in driving our business growth.
As an SDR, you’ll work closely with the Sales Teams to identify and qualify new leads. By engaging with business and IT decision-makers, you’ll create awareness of our solutions, assess potential opportunities, and ensure a smooth handoff to our sales team. Your efforts will help us grow our sales pipeline and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach:
- Conduct targeted email and phone campaigns to generate interest and uncover potential opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Promote events and follow up with registrants to identify their needs.
- Support marketing initiatives through campaign reporting and lead engagement.
- Hit key performance targets and adapt strategies to align with industry trends.
- Lead qualification:
- Evaluate inbound leads from emails, events, web forms, and partner referrals.
- Handle simpler, standard product lines and ensure efficient closure, providing a seamless experience for clients.
- Keep accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM systems.
- Data and reporting:
- Assist with maintaining clean and accurate lead data.
- Contribute to outreach analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and teamwork:
- Work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, contributing ideas and solutions.
- Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: High School or higher
- Minimum experience: 5 years+ in a similar position – Experience in the Tours & Attractions Industry is a plus
- Minimum language skills: Spanish and English on a negotiation level (other languages a plus)
- Location: Portugal or Spain (Remote)

- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Sales expertise: Understanding enterprise sales cycles, solution-based selling, and fostering relationships with senior decision-makers.
